3. User Accounts

To use Payogo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication.

4. Free and Premium Services

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card information.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Not use the Service to store, share, or transmit illegal or prohibited content

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Payogo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on our Service or recommendations
• We are not responsible for accuracy of exchange rate data from third-party sources
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

9. Termination

By Payogo: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

By You: You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Account deletion will:

• Permanently remove all your financial data within 30 days
• Cancel any active premium subscriptions
• Revoke access to the Service
• Delete backup copies within 90 days

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting the new terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending email notification for significant changes
• Displaying an in-app notification
