Is Payogo really free?
Yes! The current version is completely free. We may offer premium features in the future, but core budgeting will always remain free.
How does Payogo make money?
We're currently focused on building the best product. Future revenue may come from optional premium features.
What countries do you support?
We currently focus on Ghana and Nigeria, but anyone can use Payogo for USD budgeting.

Security & Privacy

Is my financial data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your personal financial data with third parties.
Do you connect to my bank accounts?
No. Payogo is manual-entry only for now. You input your transactions yourself for maximum privacy and control.

Account Management

Can I export my data?
Yes! You can export all your financial data from the Settings page at any time.
Can I use Payogo on multiple devices?
Yes! Your data syncs across all devices where you're logged in.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

Features

How often are exchange rates updated?
GHS/USD and NGN/USD rates are updated daily from reliable financial sources to ensure accuracy.
